- Hotel staff and system providers will never contact guests about online booking errors, installment payments, or new promotions. We will not request ATM or credit card corrections, personal information, or private banking operations. If you receive such calls, do not respond. Contact the hotel directly or verify via email. For inquiries, call the National Police Agency Anti-Fraud Hotline (165).
※Anti-Fraud Reminder
Recently, scam syndicates have been increasingly impersonating hotels and banks to scam consumers. Please stay vigilant!
If you receive any suspicious calls claiming to be from the hotel or bank, offering “promotions,” citing “order discrepancies,” “operational errors,” or “refunds due to closure,” or requesting personal information, credit card details, account numbers, or online banking credentials for settings or transfers, these are scams. Please ignore such calls.
The hotel will never ask you to cancel card charges, process refunds, or perform ATM transfers or online banking transactions. If you receive a suspicious call from a number starting with +886, +02, +81, or any other number beginning with “+”, it is likely a scam! Immediately report it to the National Police Agency Anti-Fraud Hotline at 165, or hang up and call the hotel directly (do not return the call to the number that contacted you).
